Note #1
Always use the smallest wires to make your install easier. There can be big differences between one wire type and another for the same AWG specs. PTFE Wires with the smallest OD are recommended such as those sold at The Saber Armory. A good wire management is also required, routing wires properly helps a lot saving space.

Note #2
These instructions will not cover how to wire the soundboard, make sure to learn how to by reading the manual. We have also typical soundboards wiring available in the Padawan Tutorials. Always test your install along the way! Verifying that everything works after important steps is better than having to dismount everything because something wasn’t wired properly.

Installation Guide – Master Chassis
-
Step 1 – Prepare the rods and tubes, and the chassis parts (weathering, … etc).
The main chassis has 2 parts to be separated / cut.
The clear part has 3 parts to be separated / cut. The crystal can be installed as is or used as template to shape a real stone.
You can also assemble the 2 soundboard cover parts and glue the magnets at this step, as shown belowStep 2 – Wire and install (glue) the thin neck NPXL connector in its holder. Then wire it to the main NPXL connector.
Step 3 – Install the holder in the hilt and secure it using the hidden retention screw.
Step 4 – Wire and slide the negative battery tab in its slot. The negative wire then go to the Kill switch. Once the kill switch wired, glue it in its slot.
Step 5 – Wire and install (glue) the 22mm speaker in its holder. (Negative wire and speaker wires can be neatly grouped into a heatshrink tube).
Step 6 – Wire and install (glue) the positive battery tab.
Step 7 – Install the clear ring and add the NPXL accent ring behind it.
Step 8 – Glue the part on the main chassis and add the tubes (passing all the necessary wires into them)
Step 9 – Wire and install (glue) the thin neck PCB in its slot
Step 10 – Assemble (glue) the 2 CC parts together and insert the clear tube in the assembly.
Then install the single pixel in the crystal, followed by the accent pixel strip.
Insert the assembly in the Crystal Chamber and glue the Crystal in its slot.
Step 11 – Insert the Crystal Chamber in the chassis and secure it using the 1.5mOD rods. The add the side bars also securing them with the rods.
Step 12 – Wire and install (glue) the switches in the slot on each side of the chassis
Step 13 – Wire the soundboard and then glue it in its slot (proper wire management under the board is important). Then, add the cover assembly and secure it using the 1.5mmOD rod.
Done!
