Note 1: 30awg wires and smaller are mandatory for this install (30awg for main wires and 32awg  for accent leds and switches are highly recommended)…. Oh and definitely use colored wires to make your life easier.

Note 2: These instructions will not cover how to wire the soundboard, make sure to learn how to by reading the manual.

Note 3: Recharge port wiring reminder:

Master Chassis:

Install is similar with the Knight and Padawan chassis.
There are 2 covers on the chassis (soundboard area covers) that come already attached, they need to be cut away and will eventually be added back and help by the 1.5mmOD rods.

Pass the led wires before inserting the 18650 battery. Make sure the led wires are not stuck and can slide in the channel.

The soundboard are installed with the SD facing down. NB can be installed by default. For Prizm 5.1, the NB support needs to be removed. For I3 and equivalent NEC boards (trudrive needs to be removed and installed on top or under), both the NB and Prizm5.1 supports need to be cut and removed.

There is a dedicated channel under the Crystal Chamber part for the crystal led, speaker and recharge port wires to pass through.

Wire and install the recharge port first, then add the 20mm speaker. Pass the recharge port over the speaker and add / glue the speaker cover on top.

Install the led into the crystal, then add the chamber to the chassis (pull the wires to leave space for the CC to insert properly).

Add the covers and glue the 1.5mmOD rods to secure the chassis assembly. You can add accent leds on the Soundboard cover to light through the bubble strip.

Once inserted into the hilt the switches wires are pull from the side and wired to the switches.
Leave enough slack on the side of the chassis to allow it to slide down for SD access.
